For over 50 years the McNair family has been designing septic systems in Washington State. In 1972, Scott McNair began working for the Clark County Health Department. He left that position a few years later to begin his own on-site septic design company. Scott continued designing systems for the next 30 years.
In 2005, Scott’s son, Cory began working with him. Cory graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree. After several years of management in a restaurant, then a bank he joined the family business. They were able to enjoy several great years working together before Scott lost his battle with cancer. Cory loves the challenges with different and complicated sites that others may shy away from.

In 2022, Mike Dunning joined the team. Prior to the septic industry, Mike built a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset through years in the restaurant industry. Since joining the team, he has developed extensive knowledge of septic system design, applying practical problem-solving and attention to detail to every project. Mike’s diverse background and commitment to service make him a trusted resource for the team.

In 2023, Jackson McNair joined our team. He holds an associate’s degree from Utah Tech University, where he built a strong foundation in technical design and applied sciences. Jackson brings both precision and practical knowledge to every project, ensuring systems meet code requirements while being tailored to each property’s unique needs. Growing up in the industry, his commitment to detail and professional growth makes him a valuable asset to the team.
