Clark County Public Health Department requires all septic systems to be professionally inspected between once a year to once every 3 years depending on the type of system you have. Conventional septic systems, regardless of a pump or not, are required to be inspected every 3 years. Pressure Distribution systems are required to be inspected every 2 years and all other more advanced systems are required to be inspected yearly.
